After several months of charity knitting and crocheting, I felt like making something for myself. I also wanted to brush up on knitting with 5 needles, something a little more involved than baby hats.

For the few nights that we have cool weather, those short socks will be comfy. They're made with soft baby fingering yarn.

I didn't follow a pattern, but rather got inspired by several.

 Apres plusieurs mois passes a tricoter et faire du crochet pour charité, j'avais envie de faire quelque petite chose pour moi. En plus, je voulais m'exercer avec 5 aiguilles car, a part les bonnets de bébés, ça faisait longtemps.

Alors voila, pour quand nous avons une petite vague de froid, elles sont bien confortables. J'ai utilise de laine douce et fine pour bébés.

Je n'ai pas suivi de patron mais je me suis inspirée en flânant les patrons a l'internet.

Después de tejer solamente para caridad, pienso que quiero hacer uns cosita para mi. Ademas, quiero practicar mas con 5 agujas y hacer algo un poco mas difícil que los gorros de bebes.

Entonces, he tejido estas medias con lana fina y suave para bebes.

At least in the crochet world, it seems that cats are the hottest item to make these days. I've come across some really cute patterns, cats of all shapes and colors. And the best part? No vet bills for those kitties!
